From a single pallet to a full container, this week marks another chapter in our long-standing collaboration with a Russian tea processor. Here is how trust, consistency, and mutual support built a partnership that spans eight years.
The logistics team used a standard 20-foot container. Cartons were loose-loaded to maximize space - 306 boxes in total - with corner boards and strapping securing the stack for transit to Russia. Loose loading fits more cargo than pallets, which the client preferred for this order.

Back in 2018, this Russian client placed their first order with us. It was modest - just one pallet of tea bag filter mesh rolls. We had no idea at the time that this small beginning would grow into one of our most enduring partnerships.

Our quality has remained stable throughout this entire eight-year period. In all that time, we have almost never received a quality complaint from this client. That is not luck - it comes from strict in-process controls, incoming resin testing, inline inspection, and retained samples for every production lot. When the material rolls off our line, it meets the same standard today that it did in their very first order.

PLA Mesh Rolls
Compostable filter mesh for pyramid tea bags. Soil-degradable.
Nylon Mesh Rolls
High-tensile filter mesh for ultrasonic-seal pyramid tea bags. Precise mesh count, FDA and EU compliant.
Non-Woven Filter Fabric
Food‑grade roll stock for tea sachets and drip coffee bags.
All materials comply with FDA, EU food-contact regulations, and EN 13432 compostability standards where applicable. Certificates of conformance are available with every shipment.
Our materials are manufactured in our 30,000‑square‑meter facility fitted with approximately 200 weaving machines, tagging equipment and finishing lines. Our in‑house production enables us to maintain consistent mesh count and roll‑width tolerance, instead of depending on third‑party converters. We implement food‑safety management in accordance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
We carry out incoming raw‑material testing, inline vision inspection, and keep retained samples for every production batch. Our factory also holds FDA food‑contact documents as well as EU compliance for the polymer grades applied in tea‑ and coffee‑contact applications.
Looking Ahead: More Capacity for Q3-Q4
With the traditional tea packaging busy season approaching in the fourth quarter, we have added extra weaving shifts and pre‑stocked raw PLA and nylon materials to shorten lead times. Russian and CIS buyers planning end‑of‑year restocking are encouraged to confirm orders by mid‑September to secure container slots ahead of the pre‑holiday logistics crunch.
