What are the differences in packaging materials between particle and powder products?
The difference between particles and powder products lies in their morphology and physical characteristics. Particles are composed of many small balls or particles, which are usually relatively regular and have a certain degree of fluidity, and can flow freely in the packaging. The powder, on the other hand, is composed of very small particles with irregular shapes that are prone to collapse and require tight packaging materials for fixation.
From the selection of packaging materials, PLA mesh and nylon mesh are usually used for particle packaging. These two types of mesh fabrics have excellent breathability and filtration performance, which can pack granular products more tightly and safely. Powder packaging usually uses non-woven fabric or PLA non-woven fabric, which have good tensile strength and sealing performance, can avoid dust and leakage generated by the powder, and ensure the safety and quality of the product.
