Production Process Of Tea Packaging Bags
Oct 14, 2022
Printing -- inspection -- coding -- compounding -- curing -- slitting -- bag making.
1. Printing: There are printed and non-printed packaging bags. The cost of non-printing is lower than the cost of printing. Because one color needs to make one plate roll, so several color plates need to be made. Also, when it comes to plate making, it is best to find a big company to do it, and the quality and service are relatively guaranteed.
The quality of the printing machine is also very important, such as printing speed, deviation correction during printing, etc. If there is a problem, it will affect the overall delivery time.
2. Composite: Composite is to stick several kinds of films with corresponding glue. Some of the parameters will not be emphasized here. Here we mainly talk about the classification of composite. Composite is divided into: dry composite, solvent-free composite, co-extrusion Compounding, extrusion compounding. They each have their advantages.
3. Ripening: Ripening is to volatilize the adhesive, mainly the residual adhesive during compounding. Different packaging bags and packaging film have different curing seasons.
4. Slitting: whether it is making packaging bags or packaging film, slitting can be used, because the printed packaging is relatively wide, and slitting is a key step to produce the specifications required by customers.
5. Bag making: This is according to the needs of users. Some need to make bags, and some don’t. Four-side seal bag, eight-side seal bag, special-shaped bag, etc.
6. Quality inspection: With a full set of testing equipment, each packaging bag produced has been checked layer by layer before being packaged and shipped.
