Is this PLA mesh compatible with my pyramid tea bag machine?
Yes-if your machine uses ultrasonic sealing and 76 mm core roll feed (MAISA/Teepack/IMA/Coesia class), our 120–180 mm rolls run without retooling. Send us your machine model, we advise width and sample test.
Is PLA mesh really biodegradable vs PET mesh?
Our roll is 100% PLA corn fiber with EN13432 industrial compostability. It is not a PLA-coated PET mix. Industrial composting is the certified path.
Can you print logo on the mesh?
Yes, custom printed PLA mesh and special carton labeling are available under OEM/ODM, with higher MOQ and cylinder cost.
What is the sealing temperature window?
PLA softens around 120–160°C; ultrasonic horn energy seals without thermal film. We recommend sample run on your actual horn frequency before bulk order.
